What is PropertyGuys.com?

PropertyGuys.com is the future of real estate. We’re the largest private home sale network in North America, having helped over 100,000 savvy home sellers take control of their sales and keep more of their hard-earned equity. With over 25 years of experience, coast-to-coast locations, and a unique brand presence. We are rapidly expanding in markets where the traditional real estate model is ripe for disruption.

Do I need to be a licensed real estate agent to own a franchise?

Absolutely not! We do have franchise owners that are not licensed. However, most choose to get licensed after joining in order to unlock additional income opportunities. Either way, we provide the systems, tools, and support needed to succeed.

If I don’t have a real estate license, how do I help home sellers and buyers?

At PropertyGuys.com, we’ll take care of all the marketing for the home seller’s property, ensuring maximum exposure and professional presentation. You don’t need to be a licensed real estate agent or a real estate expert to guide your clients through pricing, closing, or mortgage questions. That’s because we’ve built a network of strategic partnerships with trusted professionals—including legal experts, mortgage specialists, and licensed real estate professionals through PG Direct Realty. These partnerships ensure that your clients receive accurate, expert guidance every step of the way, allowing you to focus on delivering a smooth and successful experience without needing a licence yourself.

What if I already have a real estate licence?

GREAT! We’re always looking to add licensed real estate professionals to our growing team. Whether you’re interested in becoming a PropertyGuys.com franchise owner or prefer to join one of our local brokerages as a licensed agent, there’s a place for you here.
Licensed agents bring valuable expertise and credibility to our unique model. We’ll help you leverage your license in an innovative way that empowers sellers and gives you the flexibility and tools to grow your business.

How much does a PropertyGuys.com franchise cost?

The total investment typically starts at $50,000 depending on the size and location of the territory. Our low startup costs make us one of the most affordable—and scalable—opportunities in the booming real estate space.

Do you offer financing?

While we don’t offer in-house financing, we have relationships with third-party lenders who may help you secure funding. Our long-standing track record of success makes PropertyGuys.com a strong candidate in the eyes of many financial institutions.

Is training and ongoing support included?

Yes, training and ongoing support are absolutely included. New franchisees begin with a comprehensive onboarding experience through PropertyGuys.com University (PGU), where they receive in-depth training on every aspect of the business. After launching, continued support is provided through access to head office experts, marketing resources, advanced technology and operational tools. Franchisees also benefit from a structured 12-Week Launch Program that includes ongoing education and personalized coaching. Additionally, they are equipped with our proprietary 737 Training Program, designed to ensure long-term success and confidence in running their business.

Are territories exclusive?

Yes. All PropertyGuys.com territories are exclusive and protected. This means you won’t compete with other franchisees for business in your area.

Do you offer a discount to veterans?

Yes! We believe that veterans make exceptional entrepreneurs, and because of this, we offer a 10% discount off of our initial franchise fee to all qualified military veterans. Thank you for your service!

What kind of person makes a great PropertyGuys.com franchisee?

Ideal candidates for a PropertyGuys.com franchise are entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others. They are strong communicators with a community-oriented mindset and are comfortable learning new systems and technologies. These candidates are driven to grow both a team and a thriving business. Importantly, real estate experience is not required—what matters most is a genuine desire to build something meaningful within their community.

Can I operate this business from home?

Yes, many franchisees operate from home or a small office. This flexibility helps keep overhead costs low while allowing you to build your business around your lifestyle.

What’s included in the franchise package?

The franchise package includes exclusive territory rights, comprehensive onboarding and training, and access to proven sales, marketing, and lead generation systems. It also provides professionally designed branding materials and a local marketing toolkit, along with a CRM and technology tools to automate key aspects of the business.
