Having recognized the need for a more consumer-centric approach in real estate, Rekha was drawn to PropertyGuys.com’s flat fee innovative model, which offers a competitive edge in the industry. As she noted, “My passion for real estate is matched only by my desire to provide my clients with better choices. The customized listing packages offered by PropertyGuys.com allow me to cater to the unique needs of each client, whether they prefer a private sale listing or full-service support. This flexibility means I can provide more control and significant savings for my clients—something that is crucial in today’s price conscious market.”

Ken LeBlanc, CEO of PropertyGuys.com, shared his enthusiasm for the expansion into Richmond Hill and Vaughan, stating, “Our model is designed to empower home buyers and sellers, helping them save thousands while avoiding unfair commission structures. In higher-priced neighborhoods, our flat fee approach can save consumers upwards of $50,000. We’re excited to have Rekha on board to bring this unique value proposition to her local market.”

Rekha’s transition from a traditional brokerage to a franchise owner represents a significant mindset shift. “Adjusting to the customized quote and flat fee approach was challenging at first, but it ultimately allows me to deliver better options to my clients,” she explained. “Now, instead of just surviving among thousands of agents with the same offering, I can thrive within the PropertyGuys.com ecosystem and marketplace, building my business and increasing my listing volume which in turn increases the number of buyers I interact with.”

Daina Peterson, Director of Franchise Development emphasized the growing interest among licensed agents in the PropertyGuys.com model. “Many agents are reaching out to explore how they can gain a competitive edge and maximize deal flow in these price-conscious times. Rekha exemplifies the vision of not just working for a broker but owning a business and building a successful team. Why settle for being one of many agents competing in a popularity contest when you can become a business owner with a better offering in an exclusive territory?”

Having recently completed her training at PGU (PropertyGuys University) at headquarters in Moncton, New Brunswick, Rekha is eager to introduce her new business model with the support of her business launch coach and all the systems and staff she has behind her. “I am excited to bring this concept to Richmond Hill and Vaughan,” she said. “With my extensive experience and PropertyGuys.com’s innovative approach, I’m looking forward to reinventing the real estate experience for my clients. People deserve better, and together, we’re going to flip the script on the traditional model.”
