Leashea, who recently transitioned from a successful career in the nuclear sector, has always had a passion for real estate. “I left my position to follow my dream of working in real estate and helping others achieve their goals while increasing their bottom line when selling,” she said. “With PropertyGuys.com, I can offer my clients lower costs with our flat fee approach and more control over their transactions. It’s incredibly rewarding to empower people and be part of their journey.”
Leashea along with her husband and business partner Kelly have a long history of buying, selling, and flipping properties as a side hustle, but they felt a calling to pursue their passion full-time. Kelly recently launched the North Bay PropertyGuys.com location with his brother Rob, achieving great success and listing volume immediately, reinforcing the need and consumer appitite for an alternative to the traditional real estate model. Now, he’s thrilled to assist Leashea with operational support in their new venture, covering all of Renfrew and Lanark Counties in the Ottawa Valley region.

 

As Leashea embarks on her real estate course, she will join PG Direct Realty offering licensed services through a partnership with the brokerage. With the addition of her real estate license Sage-Serson will join the brokerage powered by the PropertyGuys.com platform, offering a suite of services from DIY options to fully licensed assistance for both buyers and sellers. This flexibility allows clients to choose the level of support and marketing mix that best suits their needs.
