PropertyGuys.com Franchise Announces New Master Franchise Agreement in Texas

Disruptive real estate franchise is expanding in the Lone Star State

PropertyGuys.com is continuing its mission to disrupt the real estate industry with the announcement of a new master franchise agreement in Texas.

The new master franchise owner, Adam Gellert, will help entrepreneurs in Texas own a business that provides a much better real estate experience for home buyers and sellers across the state.

“PropertyGuys.com has been around for over 20 years and all of the success that they had in Canada made me feel confident about bringing the concept to Texas,” Gellert says. “I liked that I could get in on the ground floor with a brand that was very established and it feels exciting to be a part of something truly disruptive.”

This is the second PropertyGuys.com master franchise agreement in recent months with Florida being the first. Already well known in Canada, where we have more than 100 locations open, PropertyGuys.com’s fast growth in the United States is a strong indicator that the U.S. market is hyper-relevant.

“We’re excited about the level of interest we’re seeing in the United States,” says Ken LeBlanc, CEO and Co-Founder. “Our business model is connecting with entrepreneurs who know that the real estate industry is broken, that commissions have become way too expensive, and that the power should be held by the homeowner and homebuyer. This is why PropertyGuys.com exists – to bring the real estate industry into the future and we’re expecting to see strong growth across the United States and Canada in the years to come.”
