
Once you had the opportunity to explore our site and feel comfortable enough to move forward to formally speaking to someone at PropertyGuys.com all you need to do is complete our short “Inquire Today” form. Here is break down of all of the steps of becoming a PropertyGuys.com franchisee:

The ball officially starts rolling when you complete the Inquire Today form. This form is quickly collects enough initial information about you that our franchise development team will need to make that first point of contact. Disclose as much or little information as you are comfortable in sharing with us. Our franchise development team will review your information and if we determine your application is in sync with our expectations a member of our team will contact you within two to three business days.

If an initial fit seems good (Financial qualifications, requested franchise area, and startup time), we move forward to the next step, an introduction or the interview. You will receive a call from a PropertyGuys.com franchise development team member to conduct a brief “get to know each other better” call.
We’ll ask you questions about your background and you will be free to ask us questions about the organization. By the end of the call, and if both parties agree, you’ll be invited to complete your PropertyGuys.com online profile.

You don’t pass or fail the PropertyGuys.com online profile. It is a survey process which we use as a tool to confirm your fit in our organization. Ensuring franchisees succeed is our all-encompassing objective at home office and we need to know which of your skills we can maximize and what areas we may need to help you with.

You made it. Congratulations. At this stage we officially WANT you in our franchise family and we are excited to award you a PropertyGuys.com franchise. The next step is to work out the franchise agreement – it’s now time to talk turkey!
We will provide you with a franchise agreement and all required legal documents. This step can take up to three to four weeks. You’ll want to make sure you have Canadian Franchise Association approved franchise lawyer review the agreement. This step includes a couple of weeks of “cooling” which is a legal requirement in Alberta and Ontario. PropertyGuys.com observes a cooling period with all new franchisees regardless of where you are from because we think it’s a good idea.

Once all of the legal work has been completed and the documents signed we’ll book your spot at PGU in Moncton, New Brunswick. You’ve never experienced a week like this. PGU is a five day totally immersive course which gives you the skills you need to be successful as a PropertyGuys.com franchise owner. You’ll meet the entire PropertyGuys.com Home office staff and matched up with your very own business coach who will be supporting you every day from home office. When you leave PGU you will feel confident in your ability to run your business successfully and help the people of your community sell their houses and pay themselves.
Congratulations! You’re ready. You’ve successfully completed PGU and earned your Private Sale Professional (PSP™) designation along the way. You’ve got the skills you need to change your customers’ lives and you have an award winning coaching team behind you every step of the way as you set up shop in your community.


What if I’m interested, how does this franchise process work? It all starts with completing our Request for Consideration form on his website. Just hit one of the ‘Inquire today’ buttons to get to the form. Once you send that to us our franchise team will call you to answer your questions, outline available opportunities and make sure that you are a good fit for our organization. Depending on your level comfort and knowledge, the complete process can take as little as 30 days, but it’s really driven by the level of your interest, and how many candidates we have looking at a specific area.


When you join the team, you’ll be enrolled in PropertyGuys.com University, or PGU. It’s our in-house program that teaches you what you need to know to hit the ground running in your community.


Each year, our franchisees come together for a national conference packed full of home office updates, educational forums, key speakers and award ceremonies.
